These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the perabet website located at perabet.lat and all associated products, services, mobile interfaces, and support channels operated under the perabet brand. By registering an account, accessing any feature of the platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you ("the User," "you") confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

perabet is an online betting and casino platform designed and built specifically for Pakistani players. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the perabet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete legal agreement between you and perabet.

To register and maintain an account on perabet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, trust accounts, and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. perabet enforces the 21+ age restriction without exception. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You must not be a resident of or currently accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of perabet is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether operated by perabet directly or by any recognised third-party responsible gaming body — that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any of the above of perabet or any of its platform technology providers, game suppliers, or payment partners, where such a relationship creates a conflict of interest.

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) active account on perabet. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via the use of proxy services or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and permanent ban.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. perabet will use this information for identity verification, KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance, and communication purposes.

• You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. Changes to your name, contact details, or payment method must be submitted through the official support channel and may require supporting documentation.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your perabet login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• perabet will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally present at the device at the time.

All financial transactions on the perabet platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). perabet does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside perabet's control.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. perabet reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity patterns trigger automated compliance review.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during Pakistani banking hours on business days are prioritised for same-day processing where the payment method permits.
• perabet does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited from a payment account not registered in the name of the account holder will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• In the event of a chargeback, reversal, or disputed transaction initiated by you through your payment provider, perabet reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation and to recover any associated costs.

All bets placed on perabet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or market in question. General betting rules are published in the perabet Help Centre and are updated periodically. Where a conflict exists between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

• A bet is confirmed and binding only once you receive an on-screen confirmation from perabet and the bet appears in your bet history. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, the confirmed bets in your history are definitive — no unconfirmed bet will be honoured.
• perabet reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a manifest error in the odds feed. Such bets will be voided at perabet's discretion and the stake refunded to your account balance.
• For live (in-play) betting, any bet placed during a period when the relevant event has been suspended will be voided. It is your responsibility to verify that a market is active before placing an in-play bet.
• Cricket match betting on perabet follows the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method as the official scoring standard for rain-affected matches. Market settlement will follow the official DLS-adjusted result as announced by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or PSL governing board).
• Where a match is abandoned or postponed beyond 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in the market-specific rules.

perabet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All bonus offers are subject to individual promotion terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general bonus terms apply universally to all perabet promotions unless explicitly overridden by promotion-specific conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Single Bonus Policy: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per device, and per IP address. perabet uses technical and manual review to enforce this policy.
• Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire after 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry of the bonus period.
• Abuse: perabet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Detected abuse — including coordinated low-risk hedging, multi-accounting, or the use of prohibited betting patterns — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the perabet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity — whether individually or in coordination with others — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

• Creating or operating more than one account for the same individual, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to mask your true geographic location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing glitches to place bets at advantageous incorrect odds. Any winnings derived from known technical errors will be voided.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Placing bets on events in which you or any party closely connected to you has inside information not available to the general public.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion through registration of a new account or use of a third party's account.

All content available on the perabet platform — including but not limited to the perabet brand name, logo, website design, colour schemes, written content, software, data feeds, odds compilation methodologies, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of perabet or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the perabet platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any perabet content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the perabet platform including odds, market data, or user interface elements.
• Create derivative works based on perabet intellectual property.
• Use the perabet brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, perabet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues outside perabet's direct control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Pakistani banking institutions.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies — including the PCB, ICC, or PSL authorities — that affect the settlement of betting markets.

perabet's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your perabet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

perabet is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The platform offers the following tools to all registered users directly from the account dashboard — no support ticket required to activate any of these controls:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately. Increases carry a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a defined period of continuous play to help you stay aware of time spent on the platform.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.
